Dear Brother Priests, Deacons/Subdeacons, Consecrated Men and Women, Lay Faithful,
The Office of Family and Sanctity of Life is hosting two upcoming events to begin the Eparchy wide Women of Grace initiative. There will be an Information Session Introductory Zoom held on Monday October 7th @ 7:00 PM this is open to anyone who would like to know more about the Women of Grace Parish-based Studies program. This will explain in detail all of the aspects of the study. There will be a Q&A at the end of the presentation.
The second Zoom will be held on Thursday October 17th, this zoom is for Facilitator Training though we begin at 7:00PM it will cover all of the information needed to be a successful Facilitator with the parish. The Facilitator would be responsible for leading the Bible Study. If you know of one or two women in your parish who would like to be a Facilitator or Co-Facilitator they would attend the meeting on October 17th.
Each parish will need a Parish Facilitator Kit in order to implement the Women of Grace Bible Study. To order a Facilitator Kit for please follow this link: https://shop.womenofgrace.com/product/916/study_resources. The Facilitator should have this kit prior to the October 17th meeting. After the Facilitator meeting parishes are ready to begin their journey into the Bible Study. The Study usually meets 9 times to complete the series. Each session is approximately 2 hours and begins with a video from Johnette Benkovi WIlliams. The dates and program are flexible asn can be decided by individual parishes. As this initiative continues to grow there will be future Facilitator Zooms available. meetings as we gather more Facilitators. Attached please find the Flyer to Promote these upcoming Zooms.
The Women of Grace Regional coordinators are very excited to work in collaboration with us as we witness the outpouring of graces through the study!
